Returns, exchanges and refunds policies


All returns must be made within 30 days to be valid. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. If it was damaged upon receipt, please photograph the breakage and send us the photos with a brief description within 48 hours of receipt of the item to , then return the item to us within 30 days for an exchange for the same undamaged product.

Gift certificates cannot be returned or refunded, but can obviously be exchanged for our products up to the value indicated on said certificate.

All personalized items are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. We can, however, replace a defective product, provided that the defect is due to an error or failure on our part.

As wood is a natural material, color variations are normal and even desirable.

Each request must therefore be treated on a case-by-case basis.

To complete your declaration, we may ask you to confirm certain information used during the purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain time frame.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is mailed.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

Delivery (receipt and shipping):

Be sure to carefully inspect the package packaging before the delivery person/courier leaves. If the packaging has irregularities or appears damaged, check the contents immediately to ensure that they have not been damaged by the carrier. If applicable, please check with the delivery person/courier to ensure their quality guarantee on their service.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

When shipping a valuable item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot otherwise guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
